The CH007RA is Mariae's waist trainer vest, a full torso garment that combines the structured waist compression of the CT003RA with the upper and lower back coverage of a vest. One garment defines the waist, smooths the back, supports posture, and disappears cleanly under any outfit from just below the bust to the hips.

Ten steel bones distributed around the full circumference keep the vest completely rigid through a full day of wear. A double abdominal panel adds a second compression layer at the front for a more defined waist silhouette. The front zipper makes entry fast, and three rows of internal hooks let you dial in the compression level precisely. Thick adjustable straps keep the vest sitting correctly on your shoulders throughout the day. Latex free.

It has the same zipper and hook closure, the same double abdominal panel, and the same full-circumference steel boning -- but the vest cut extends coverage up the torso and around the full back. For women who want back smoothing alongside waist definition, the CH007RA does both in one garment.

Step 1 — Put on the CH007RA like a vest, sliding your arms through the straps before attempting to close the front.

Step 2 — Adjust the straps to your torso length so the vest sits flat on your shoulders with no pulling at the neckline or bunching at the back.

Step 3 — Fasten the front zipper from the bottom up. Getting the zipper closed first positions the vest correctly before you adjust the compression.

Step 4 — Engage the internal hook panel from the bottom up, starting on the loosest setting.

Step 5 — Smooth the back panel from the shoulders downward so all 10 steel bones are sitting flat and evenly before getting dressed.

Step 6 — After the first hour, tighten to the middle or inner hook setting once your body has settled in.
